Welcome to My Lifelong Improvement – a blog discussing the ways in which I’ve improved my life, and how you can do it too.
Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Iain – I’m from Scotland, in my late twenties and I’m always looking to improve at something in my life.
Over the last few years, this need for bettering myself has become a slight obsession for me. I blame that on all the self-improvement gurus I’ve listened to, but I’m not necessarily saying that’s a bad thing. These “gurus” and “motivational speakers” often do a really good job at hyping you up, but the actual execution afterwards is something I’ve always struggled with.
You’re pumped up, ready to go and finally start making a difference – but how exactly and by doing what?
I aim to figure that out and share my journey with you all in the process.
What’s This Blog About?
This blog will document my journey of improvement, particularly lifelong improvement, and I’m really hoping it will benefit you too. I started this blog as a way of keeping myself accountable. I want to share the things I’m doing or the things I’ve tried in the hopes that it will help improve the life of someone reading. Especially if it’s something that has helped to improve my life for the better.
Maybe that someone will be you.
I’ll be covering a wide range of topics, some of which will include:
- Physical and Mental Wellbeing
From time to time, I will also be looking to include readers of this blog in my content. This could be in the form of a blogging series or a simple one time Q&A. After all, I don’t feel this should purely be about me – I want it to be about you as well.
In the meantime, why don’t you check out some of my most popular posts below?
