Taking Care of Me Makes Me a Better Mom

This post is part of an ongoing series titled Things That Have Improved Your Life.

In this series, I welcome readers of this blog to share an improvement they’ve made in their life. This improvement could be anything – from a new diet or exercise plan to a certain place visited or person they’ve met.

What’re your thoughts on this video? Let me know if it’s inspired you to make a change in your perspective. Maybe you already have, if so, have things began to improve for you?

It was all based on living your life with no more zero days while being grateful to the past, present and future you.

The Importance of Putting Yourself out There

the importance of putting yourself out there
Keep on keeping on if you want things to change!

I’ve learnt an important lesson from my fiance lately. It’s a lesson that I think many people could benefit from if they find themselves in a situation that they know needs to change. A situation which makes you miserable and adds nothing of value to your life. It could be the area you live in, the relationships in your life – or like my fiance, it could be your job.
